Now I understand why it took you so long to post another podcast, but now I can't figure out why it took me nearly two months to realized iTunes had downloaded it for me. Anyhow, it's perfect timing for me to hear you tonight; I am currently in day number five of a chronic headache thanks to week number eight of our own Home Reconstruction Nightmare. Right now a dark cool silo sounds rather nice.

Steve...I enjoyed your podcast very much. Once you hit age 40 you should have a choice not to do any more projects that you don't enjoy doing. Draw a line in the sand and say I have done my last project! Of course something always comes up...I am at the point where I would rather hire someone that has the expertise in doing the job right the first time and spend my weekends with the family near the ocean. The only problem is the sticker shock when you do hire someone. I have a father in law who loves projects. Whenever he comes over to visit I have to hide from him.
I love the Vara-tones tunes and movie soundbytes. Ferris Bueller has some great ones maybe you can use in future podcasts. I look forward to listening to all of your podcasts. I wish you could do it on a weekly basis.

Thanks, Joe. I can understand the dangers of in-laws in close proximity. Hope is perhaps best left abandoned. As for my own work in the remodeling - I'm still tired. And stiff. I'm glad you had the chance to listen. Thanks.
